Positions within the Ministries
There are two positions of particular note within the ministries:
Minister - The Minister is appointed by the Chancellor to serve as the executive director of any given Ministry. These are very often political rather than practical positions.
Sub-Minister - A Sub-Minister is appointed by a Minister and is used pirmarily as a foreman of a specific facet of the Minister's responsibilies or as a chief of staff. For example, the Minister of War is likely to have a Sub-Minister of Naval Warfare.

Ministery of State - The Leader of the Party Council.
Ministery of Staff - Responsible for the staff of the Chancellery.
Ministery of War - Responsible for offensive measures.
Ministery of Justice - Responsible for National law enforcement.
Ministery of the Exterior - Responsible for State interests in the wastes.
Ministery of Defense - Responsible for defensive measures.
Ministery of Education - Responsible for the National education system and standards.
Ministery of Technology - Responsible for technological advancements and standards.
Ministery of Engineering - Responsible for civil engineering.
Ministery of Culture - Responsible for the arts and entertainment, standards and foundations.
Ministery of Communications - Responsible for news distribution and information.
Ministery of Public Health - Responsible for the health-care system and national health standards.
Ministery of Transportation - Responsible for public transit systems and personal transportation standards.
Ministery of Commerce - Responsible for trade and commerce.
Ministery of Labor - Responsible for the national labor force.
Ministery of Order - Responsible for the wellbeing of the people.
Ministery of the Treasury - Responsible for tax-collection and public funds.
Ministery of Finance - Responsible for national economic security and practice.
Ministery of Ecology - Responsible for environmental protection and related issues.
